Job Description
We are seeking an experienced JavaKafka Developer (8+ years) to join our team and support real-time data streaming initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining Kafka-based data pipelines and Java-driven microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop real-time data streaming pipelines using Java + Apache Kafka.
- Build and maintain Kafka Producer/Consumer applications and microservices.
- Integrate Kafka with various systems, databases, and third-party applications.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Kafka clusters, brokers, topics, and streaming performance.
- Support and enhance existing Kafka-based platforms.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across streaming applications.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Core Java (multithreading, concurrency, collections).
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka architecture, Streams, ZooKeeper, Schema Registry.
- Experience with messaging, streaming, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on with Microservices development.
- Strong experience with databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Spring / Spring Boot / JPA / ORM frameworks.
- Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake (preferred).
